I have recently placed online orders with you and visited the Craft Barn. Can I just say what a fantastic service you offer. The choice of yarns and the prices are amazing. I needed a couple of balls of yarn to complete a project and your lovely lady went and found the exact colour and dye lot whilst I was still on the phone !
It is fantastic to be able to come to somewhere like the Craft Barn and see ,and more importantly , be able to touch the yarn,...and what a fantastic selection of yarns too ! You have great customer service and super fast postage , I am most definitely a big fan.

I would just like to thank you for your excellent service once again. I ordered some wool on 14/05/2010 to be delivered to Perth, Western Australia expecting it to take around two weeks to arrive. I was very surprised when it was delivered yesterday, 18/05/2010 taking just FOUR days to get here. This is really good for me because I have only three weeks to knit a baby's jacket for a work colleague who is leaving to have a baby. I thought I was going to be knitting furiously night and day, but now I should be able to finish it in time before she leaves quite comfortably.

I ordered some Sirdar yarn from your store on 18 April. It arrived today. Despite all the drama surrounding the Volcanic eruptions in Iceland and the closure of airspace, the speed of the delivery was fantastic.
Also, the price of the yarn, even when converted into Aussie Dollars, was half the price that I could get it from an online store her in Australia. Keep up the great work. I will be buying more yarn from you in the future.

Several months ago I stumbled on your shop at Culcheth. At that time I was thinking of returning to knitting after a 30 year break after coming across my needles in the loft!!
Your staff are very helpful and gave me not only inspiration but a lot of support; over and above what anyone would expect. I even drove from Liverpool to the shop on my day off with a half knitted garment that I was struggling with and they showed me what to do. I now consider myself a regular customer and it is only your dedicated staff that has secured a customer from Liverpool. They are great, a wealth of knowledge and nothing is too much trouble.
