Making A Purchase
Browse the store and add items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' and you will then be able to make payment via Credit / Debit card or Pay Pal.
There is a minimum order value of £7.95
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at the current exchange rate.
Prices displayed in Euros are an approximation only. We will always endeavour to make sure the Euro rate displayed is accurate. However, due to the constant change in conversion rate the price stated in Euros won't always be accurate. The price debited from your card will use the correct conversion rate at the time of debiting your card.
Please note that choosing the wrong country may result is incorrect shipping or VAT charges being applied to your order. We reserve the right to adjust your order after it has been submitted if you choose the wrong location from the list of countries when placing your order

Shipping And Handling
Items ordered from the Black sheep Ltd will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance to the requested delivery service.
We deliver worldwide and the following charges apply:
Shipping in the UK: £2.50 per order
Shipping in the UK (by priority mail): £5.00 per order (see delivery schedule)
Shipping to the EU: £5.00 per order
Shipping to Rest of the World: £10.00 per order
Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is within a maximum of 10 working days. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us to chase your order.
All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. On rare occasions different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days. International orders are generally received within 10 days. You will notice we have a 'priority mail' option in the checkout phase of our website. Please note that while this option will ensure your order is processed as a priority, unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will be with you the next working day. Please also note that this option is only available to customers in mainland UK. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will order the item for you. This means that there may be a slight delay in getting you order to you. You will be contacted should this apply to you. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

Returns Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 28 days from the point of sale to return the items back to us.
All returns are required to be accompanied with a covering letter and a copy of invoice or receipt.
Pattern Books are NON Refundable
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited unless faulty.
A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item. We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.
